We offer only a 30 days return policy. After 30 days no refunds or exchange will be accepted.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you must send your original receipt and remember you can only return the eligible item's in a new and unused condition and in its original packaging for a refund in accordance with our return policy.
To return samples, just put them in an envelope with a copy of your receipt.
Non-returnable items are as follows
The one-yard cut of any fabrics, backyard sale or discounted or on sale Items, pet supplies, gift cards, Shipping costs, and sample books are not refundable.
Applicable refunds within the 30 days of return policy.
Once we receive your returned item we will inspect it and you will be notified by email the receipt of the merchandise by us, and we will also inform you of either approval or the reason for rejecting a refund.
If your item is approved then we will usually within 5 days process and issue your refunds, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
For the orders more than $249, If your return is approved, then we will deduct 10% from the total cost of your order and not from the amount of taxes you paid (Taxes will be fully refunded) for restocking and handling fees plus the cost of our original shipping expenses will be deducted.
For the purchased sample and swatches below $50, we will refund you in full for the total amount of your purchase price paid and as long as they are returned before the 30 days from the date of your purchase.
However, for the order samples of more than $50, we will only refund 80% of the customer's purchase price.
In the case of the international sample returned orders of more than $50 then we will only refund 60% of the customer's purchase price.
Since we ship fabric samples free of charge for shipping to your address, therefore, we do not accept any returns (for a main fabric order) solely for the reason's such as "fabric colors or thickness may not be looking exactly like the colors or how it looks like on our website pictures or the catalog", which the slight variations of colors are due to lighting reflection at the time of actual photography or being presented on the site, and it may differ with the actual fabric in hand.
We do not accept any return requests for one yard or less of any ordered of cut fabric since we can not reuse or resale these fabrics any longer.
For up to 10 samples you will receive a full 100% refund within that 30 days return time period. Any numbers of ordered samples above 10, then we will deduct a 20% restocking fees on the whole numbers of ordered samples.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after our issuance of your refunds, and you waited for a reasonable amount of time and also after checking with your credit cards and the bank statements if refunds still do not appear there then you can contact us at email@example.com. and we will gladly investigate the problem and will try to resolve it.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace item's for free if they are defective or damaged before or during the shipment. You can get a full refund or you can exchange it for the exact same item or similar fabric or the same price range.

You will be responsible for the return and shipping cost of your good standing and not damaged orders which are not as a result of our mishandling. In case we issue a refund to our customers we will deduct our original shipping cost made out to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance since, without the tracking number we can not guarantee the receipt of your returned item back to us.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Top Fabric is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Customers are responsible to provide a correct and complete shipping address. Top Fabric is not responsible for the lost items because of the incorrect shipping address (provided by the customer with the order).
